One of the principles of The Kybalion says “as above so below”. According to these teachings there are multiple levels of existence. The difference between them is the vibration in which they exist (vibration being another of the key principles of the universe).

Everything that happens in a level is replicated in an inferior level and so on. This is one of the tools you can use to explore different dimensions or planes. They are all co-existing in front of us, we just can’t see them with our human eyes. We need different tools to explore them.

But there is another application of this principle. Consider your exterior as one level of existence and your interior as another one. With that in mind anything that happens outside of you is a reflection of what is going on inside of you. This is a key aspect to fully understand the art of creation or manifestation. There is always a reflection at play.

This is why many people talking about manifestation stress the relationship between how you are feeling and what is it that you want. They say that by feeling what you want to manifest you are bridging the gap to that plane of existence and bringing it forward. And yes that is part of the equation. But for some people, feeling it alone may not take you all the way there.

What if I told you that you are always manifesting. If you are encountering things you don’t want in your life it is because there is a part of you, sometimes hidden in your subconscious that is reflecting that aspect outside of you. That is why you are creating it, even if you don’t meant to.

Sometimes no matter how much you try to connect with the feeling of already experiencing what you desire you can’t quite make it there. Because the part of you working against that dream has more strength within you.

The way to address this is doing inner work to uncover what is truly going on inside so you can start mastering your energy and enable more alignment between what is inside of you and outside. This is what is sometimes called shadow work. Giving light to parts hidden inside of us. And this is the magic that it can bring into your life, being able to create what you truly want.
